Puppy Course

Terms and Conditions

Please ensure that you bring your vaccination certificate for verification on enrolment / first class.

• Our main aim is to socialise your puppy and give him/her the best start in life possible

• We intend to help you to train your puppy to be sociable and friendly with people and other dogs as much as possible

• By booking a place on the Puppy Course you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as written herein

• You agree to bring your puppy to class every week for 8 weeks in succession

• If you are unable to make a class you must inform us beforehand in case of sickness or unforeseen event wherever possible

• You agree to make the payment in full before your course begins

• If you miss 3 classes of the course in succession and we have not been informed of a reason, you will be deemed to have left the course. There will be NO refunds.

• If you are unhappy about anything with the course or the club in general please inform us as soon as possible

• You should have your own pet insurance to use in the event of any injury sustained during events within class. (Normal safety procedures are maintained)

• You agree that you understand that there will be free play (off lead) within the class environment on a regular basis

• We have safety equipment such as rubber floor matting to minimise slipping which may cause injury

• We do NOT train your dog – we train YOU to do this both in and outside of class

• No physical punishment of any kind will be tolerated in class or the club itself. If you are seen to be doing this you will be warned first, then we reserve the right to ask you to leave the course / class. There will be NO refund.
